HOUSE RULES
当館では皆様が気持ちよくお過ごしいただけるようにハウスルールを設けております。ご予約の前にご確認ください。
- 玄関では履物を脱いでスリッパで館内をお過ごしください。スーツケースのタイヤもウェットティッシュ等で拭いてから持ち入れてください。
- Shoes are not to be worn in the indoor living space of the guesthouse. The entrance of the house is called the genkan and is divided into a lower area where guests take off and put on their shoes and an elevated area that is covered by tatami floors. Do not stEP with your outdoor footwear on the elevated area. Instead, take off your shoes in the lower area and place your shoes on the shelf to the left of the entrance. Additionally, it is impolite to walk around the house barefoot, so please wear socks everywhere outside of the bedrooms. Thank you for respecting our culture.
- 館内は畳が多いため、スーツケースは引きずらずにお運びください。
- Beyond the genkan, please carry wheeled suitcases instead of pulling them, as they may damage the tatami floors.
- 館内は禁煙となっております。喫煙された場合は追加料金を請求させていただきます。
- Smoking is not allowed in the guesthouse. Any damage done to the property due to not following the no smoking rule can be charged to your account after your stay.
- お食事はダイニングルームのみでお願いします。
- All food is to be eaten in the kitchen area, please do not eat in the bedrooms.
- 館内では大きな音は出さず近隣の方への配慮をお願いいたします。飲酒は大丈夫ですが、大音量でのパーティーや演奏はお控えください。
- This is a quiet neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise level low. No parties or events. No drugs and only limited alcohol consumption is acceptable.
- ペットは同伴できません。（どうしてもの場合に限りご相談ください）
- No pets allowed.
- ご予約いただいたお客様のみでのご利用となります。ご予約いただいていない方は館内でお過ごしいただく事はできません。
- Only guests named on the reservation are allowed to stay in the guesthouse rooms. No additional outside guests, please.
- ゴミの分別をお願いいたします。
- Garbage – It is important to dispose of waste correctly in Japan. Please separate your waste between recycling (aluminum cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles, styrofoam, and other plastic with a recycling symbol) and garbage.
